1897, two volume, Origin of the species, Never read!

Charles Darwin, Origin of the Species, New York: Appleton, 1898 A two-volume set in fine condition. These books are in their original bindings printed by Appleton in 1898 in the sixth and final edition of this monumental and world-changing work. The interior pages are crisp and fresh. These were never read. It’s very uncommon to find a two-volume set in such wonderful condition.
