Vintage "ELKS" Belt Buckle

Bought 20 years ago from the estate of a life-long Elk's club member, I've kept this for all these years, but now, it's time to pass it along. It's had a bit of a rough life, but still has many years of service left in it. If you are handy with things, it should be pretty easy to shine up and make it like new!
